This Civil Application is filed for setting aside the order dated 05.08.2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) in Civil Application (St.) No. 23595 of 2020. By the said order, conditional time was granted to remove office objections, however, objections were not removed by the applicants within time. Hence, the application was rejected.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that he would remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

There is a delay of 16 days caused in filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'.
