The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner had challenged the election of respondent No.6. During the pendency of this petition, respondent No.6 has been disqualified under the APMC Act/Rules. He, therefore, submits that as the election has been set aside and as the term / elected tenure of the petitioner, which he would have normally enjoyed, is already over, this petition is worked out.
