Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner for some time. However, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Therefore, he seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. He only prays that the Trial Court be directed to expedite the Trial.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Degloor is requested to expedite the trial and decide the same as far as possible within a period of six months, looking to the fact that it is a case of year 2008 and that the petitioner is now 60 years of age.
