The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1603 days, which appears to be caused due to their poor financial condition. 3.

Learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay periods. The acquiring body despite service remained absent. 4.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed 1/2

934 CA 12695-2022 and the delay of 1603 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest and statutory benefit for the aforesaid delay and also subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- (rupees Two Thousands only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad, within three weeks.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
