Heard Mr.Mali, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Ghute Patil, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3. The Petitioner in the present writ petition is similarly situated as the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.8030 of 2014 with other connected writ petitions, which we had disposed of vide order dated 2nd December, 2014. After considering the arguments of the learned counsel for the respective parties, we pass the following order: I.

The petitioner shall join at the place she is directed to be absorbed vide order dated 07.09.2014 and start discharging her duties. Subsequently, if the post and the place at which the petitioner was directed to be absorbed vide order dated 28.08.2014 is sanctioned, the respondents shall accommodate the petitioner on the said post, which she was directed to be absorbed vide order dated 28.08.2014.
