1] It appears from the letter written by Superintendent of Accounts, Maharashtra State, Board of Wakfs to the Principal Secretary, Minorities Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai-32, Exhibit D, page 35, that the Superintendent of Account has sought guidance for recalling of E-Tendering of Goatskins & cutting and dressing of Goats at Dargah Hazrat Syed Shah Turabul Haque, Parbhani is pending. 2] It appears that though the said guidance is sought by the aforementioned authority on 17.8.2015 from the respondent No.1, according to counsel for petitioner, yet no guidance/decision is communicated by the respondent No.1.

3] In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a

{2} 921 sr. no..odt direction to respondent No.1 to take appropriate decision on the request of the Superintendent of Accounts, Maharashtra State, Board of Wakfs, by letter dated 17th August, 2015, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 4 weeks from today and communicate said decision to the concerned authority. No costs.
