The order passed by the Special Executive Magistrate, Aurangabad (City) in exercise of provisions of Section 111 of Code of Criminal Procedure is questioned herein.

In my opinion, there is an alternate remedy available to the petitioner, hence the petition is not tenable. The writ petition, as such, stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternate remedy.
