Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the order dated 23rd February, 2011, passed in civil revision application No. 45 of 2008, the present applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of costs deposited by the respondents No. 1 and 2 in this court. Accordingly, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which runs as under. "Applicant may kindly be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by respondents No. 1 & 2 towards cost pursuant to order dated 23.02.2011 in Civil Revision Application No. 45/2008."
