At the request of the petitioner, leave to correct respondent No.3. 2.

The petitioner has not admitted students from the academic year 2015-2016. The petitioner has also not sought continuation of the affiliation from 2016-2017 onwards.

We have Heard Mr Thombre, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned A.G.P. 4.

The petitioner shall file application for affiliation with the Board. Upon receipt of the application, the Board shall carry out inspection and consider the application of the petitioner for affiliation/continuation of affiliation on its own merits, in accordance with the procedure and steps shall be taken for final decision before start of academic year 2021-22. 5.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
