This application is filed for bringing on record the legal heir of Respondent No.20-Dnyaneshwar Dinkarrao Pangavhane. Notice is already served on legal heir for proposed Respondent No.20A. Inspite of service, none appears. There is also delay of 204 days caused in filing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of writ petition within two weeks from today. 3.
