The grievance made in this civil application is that an order passed by this Court on 16.06.2025 has not been followed in letter and spirit by the respondents, i.e by not forwarding the papers of pensionary benefits.

We are of the considered view that the Writ Petition in which the above order is passed has already been disposed of by this Court and if the applicant have any grievance about disobedience of the said order, the Applicant have a remedy of filing a Contempt Petition and certainly not by filing this Civil Application. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, do not press this Civil Application and seeks liberty to file Contempt Proceedings for disobedience of the order dated 16.06.2025 passed by this Court.

Civil Application, accordingly, stands disposed of with a liberty as prayed for.
