ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for applicant. Application is filed for condonation of delay of 42 days caused in filing restoration application and prayer is also made for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused for non removal of office objections. The learned counsel for applicant takes blame to himself. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. 2.

The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order made by the learned Registrar Judicial is set aside. Matter is restored to its original stage. In view of the nature of objections, time up to 8.9.2016 is given for removal of office objection. If office objections are not removed prior to that date, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
