After hearing learned Counsels for both sides for some time, on instruction, they make statement that both suits i.e., RCS Nos. 73/2014 and 12/2017 be decided simultaneously.

Having regard to the nature of dispute in both suits, it would be in the interest of parties that both suits are decided together. Hence, Petition is disposed of. Learned trial Court is directed to decide RCS Nos. 73/2014 and 12/2017 together.
