ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 7 days caused in filing restoration application and also for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused. Heard the learned counsel for applicant. 2.

In view of the submissions made and the contents of the application, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay. The learned counsel for applicants is taking blame to himself.

In view of these circumstances, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order made by the learned Registrar Judicial is set aside and the matter is restored to its original stage. If the office objections are not removed prior to 26.8.2016, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
