PER COURT :- The order passed by the Assistant Registrar - Cooperative Societies is in consonance with the decision of the State Government, holding that the Registration of the Village Development Committee, as a trust under the provisions of the 1860 Act is not mandatory. It would, however, be open for the Assistant Registrar - Cooperative Societies to consider the objection and take appropriate decision in the matter.
