This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 3.

Learned AGP opposes the application on the ground that the reference Court has awarded exorbitantly enhanced amount of compensation. Learned Counsel for the claimants supports the order. 4.

Considering the award passed, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on condition that in the event this Court directs

CA11049.2015.odt them to deposit the amount, they will redeposit the amount within a period of one month from today.

(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw remaining 50% of the amount on submitting solvent security / surety of the like amount.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
