Heard both learned Senior Counsel for both sides. Limited point is involved in the matter.

It appears that order made by the Collector is challenged in appeal by present petitioner under Section 137 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and as the Commissioner has refused to stay the order made by the Collector, present petition is filed.

This Court has made some interim order to make some arrangement on 16th September, 2014. This Court presumes that purpsoe of both the sides will be served if some direction is given to the Commissioner like to expedite the matter and till disposal, interim arrangement made by this Court is made to continue. 4.

So petition is disposed with directions that the Commissioner is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of one month from the appearance of both the sides i.e. 25th October, 2016. Till the date of disposal, for one month period, interim order made by this Court on 16th September, 2014 to continue. Both the sides to appear before the Commissioner on 25th October, 2016. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
