ORDER:- 1.

The remark in respect of "consent not obtained" from the earlier Advocate by the learned Counsel for the applicant appearing on the board, is dispensed with since the earlier Advocate is reported dead, as submitted at bar. 2.

It appears that both these civil applications are filed for the same relief. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the second application i.e. Civil Application No.520 of 2022 appears to be filed inadvertently. As such, the same stands disposed of.

So far as Civil Application No. 519 of 2022 is concerned, the applicant is praying for setting aside order dated 24 August 2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of First Appeal (St) No. 18895 of 2019 alongwith CA (St) No.18896 of 2019 has been refused for non removal of office objections. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that if the impugned order is set aside, then he is ready to remove the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, Civil Application No. 519 of 2022 is hereby allowed and the order dated 24.08.2021 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is set aside and First Appeal (St) No. 18895 of 2019 alongwith CA (St) No.18896 of 2019 shall be restored, subject to removal of office objections, within two weeks.
