Mr.Suryawanshi, learned Advocate submits that the petitioner had made an offer to the respondent/Management that in the event they pardon him for the mis-conduct at issue and reinstate him in employment with continuity within 2 (two) weeks, he would waive all the back wages and would be entitled for wages only upon his reinstatement.

Learned Advocate for the respondent/Management submits on instructions that the said request has been accepted. The petitioner would be reinstated within 2 (two) weeks in service with continuity and without any back wages.

The respondents also desire that the petitioner should refrain from resorting to any mis-conducts in future. Mr.Suryawanshi submits on instructions that the petitioner shall endeavour not to commit any mis-conduct or mistake in future.
