ABA1382.2024 the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 323, 504, 506 of IPC.

4] In view of the order passed by this court in ABA No.1236 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024, the earlier order dated 14.08.2024, passed in ABA No.1382 of 2024 to the extent of Applicant no.2 stands confirmed.

5] The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
