Mr. D. K. Dagadkhair, learned Advocate for the applicant is present. Mr. Sartaj Pathan appears for the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.4. He submits that he has fled Vakilpatra for all the legal heirs of respondent No.4.

It is an application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.4 on record and condonation of delay for the same. Mr. Sartaj, the learned Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection to allow this application for condonation of delay and to bring on record legal heirs of respondent No.4.

The application is allowed. Learned Advocate for the applicant to make necessary correction in the array of respondents in the Civil revision application.

Mr. Dagadkhair, the learned Advocate for the applicant undertakes to serve copies to Mr. Sartaj Pathan, learned advocate

appearing for the legal heirs of respondent No.4. His statement is taken on record. After making necessary correction, Civil Revision Application No. 96 of 2008 be placed before this Court for necessary orders. 5.
