ORDER:- 1.

By this application, the applicant is praying for setting aside order dated 24 August 2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of First Appeal (St) No. 18608 of 2021 alongwith Civil Application (St) No.18609 of 2019 has been refused for non removal of offce objections. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that if the impugned order is set aside, then he is ready to remove the offce objections within two weeks. 2.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is hereby allowed and the
