Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 14/10/2025, the Director of Education has taken decision about the arrears of salary of the petitioners on 09/12/2025. The Education O6cer has addressed letter dated 10/12/2025 mentioning about the said decision dated 09/12/2025. It is further mentioned that as per the said order administrative sanction is given to the payment of arrears of salary of petitioners. Respondent No.3 Headmaster has to submit online bills of arrears in Shalarth Pranali and after the same is submitted to the Treasury, arrears will be paid to the petitioners. 2.

Respondent No.3 undertakes to forward the bills of petitioners for payment of arrears of salary online within one week from today. After the said bills are submitted the same shall be SVH
