By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring legal heirs of deceased Dinkar Gotu Patil on record of appeal. The death certificate shows that deceased Dinkar Gotu Patil died on 20.01.2022. His wife Smt. Sushilabai Dinkar Patil died on 13.11.2022. The applicants are the legal heirs of deceased respondents in appeal.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection to allow the application.

Considering the submissions advanced, application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses 'B' and 'D'. 4.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.
