These are an application for withdrawal of the amount. The non applicant has deposited only 50% amount. In the light of that considering the award passed, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking to this Court that in case applicants are directed to deposit the amount, they will deposit the amount within one month.

ii. The civil applications are disposed of.
