By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Hiraman Chindha Koli on record of appeal. It is submitted that he died on 16.08.2019. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.1 has no objection to condone the delay and allow the prayer. 3.

In view of the above submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'. 4.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.
