We have heard Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the morning session we had asked Mr. Mundhe, learned A. G. P. to take instructions about the time within which the validity certificate would be issued to the petitioner as judgment is already passed by the committee validating the caste claim of the petitioner.

In the afternoon session upon instructions Mr. Mundhe, learned A. G. P. submits that within 1 month the petitioner would be issued with the validity certificate in the prescribed form. The statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
