This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the sole petitioner on record, who expired on 6 April 2021. The application is filed on 20 September 2021 and placing reliance on the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court during the course of pandemic it is submitted that the application is within time. The learned counsel for the applicant also states that the cause of action survives. In that view of the matter, application is allowed. The necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
