By this application filed within limitation, the applicant prays for recalling the order dated 01/09/2021, by which, the writ petition has been disposed off for non-removal of office objections.

The learned Advocate for the respondents oppose the application contending that the petitioner is careless.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the application and taking into account that the issue involved is with regard to an agricultural land belonging to the petitioner, that the civil application is allowed on the following conditions :- (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 29/10/2021, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the earlier order passed by this Court on 11/08/2021, shall continue to operate; (b) If the above direction is complied with, the writ petition shall stand restored on 30/10/2021 and the order of this Court, dated 11/08/2021 and the disposal order dated 01/09/2021, shall stand recalled.
