Learned counsel points out that in the first appeal pending in this court, address of the respondents is the same as is being shown in present writ petition, yet reports are coming back to the court with remarks that respondents are not residing on said address and as such, circumstances call for to serve respondents by paper publication.

In view of the same, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause (A) and is disposed of.
