This application has been filed praying for recalling of the conditional order passed by the Court dated 11/08/2021. As the office objections were not removed, the petition was dismissed. The civil application was filed within 30 days.

The learned AGP and Mr.Bhandari, learned Advocate opposed this application and pray for costs.

Since the civil application has been filed within limitation, the khs/Oct. 2021/10877-d

- 2 - same is allowed with the following directions :- [a] All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 28/10/2021. Thereafter, the order of this Court dated 11/08/2021 shall stand recalled and the writ petition shall stand restored.

[b] If the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled on 29/10/2021 and the earlier order shall continue to operate.
