The petitioners in these two petitions challenge the orders passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule, thereby rejecting the proposals for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioners.

The issue raised in the petitions is now squarely covered by the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court at Principal Seat delivered in Writ Petition No. 8587 of 2016 and other connected petitions on 10th July, 2017. It is not in dispute that these petitioners are covered under the categories of (b) and (c) carved out by the Division Bench in para 9 of its Judgment (supra). In view of this, the petitions are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) of the petitions.
