The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 28.9.2017, passed by the Additional Collector, Ahmednagar. 2.

Learned Advocate seeks liberty to take recourse to a remedy as would be permissible in law in connection with the action initiated by Shri C.E.Shirsat, by his notice dated 27.6.2018, issued under Section 150(2) of the MLR Code and the consequential actions that have been undertaken by the revenue authorities.
