Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.125 of 2023 registered with Sailu Police Station, District Parbhani for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault by the applicant and his friends. The injury was caused by a sharp weapon. The alleged weapon has been seized. The medical papers reveal that the injured has suffered simple injuries. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. He is a young boy of 27 years having no antecedents to his discredit. The material investigation against the applicant has been completed.

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Samrat Sidharth Dhapse, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing the charge sheet.
