The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are similarly situated as the original writ petitioners. They have the same cause of action against the respondents and as such, seeks leave to add present applicants as petitioner nos. 4 to 6. 2.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P. and Mr. Talhar, learned A.S.G for respondents.
