Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, this Court has specifically directed the managing director of the respondent company to decide the representation dated 01.10.2013. The same is not yet decided.

Mr. Bajaj, the learned counsel submits that, the representation was in respect of his personal grievance and same was treated as an appeal and the same was forwarded to respondent No. 3 by the respondent No. 2. No contempt is

We have considered the submissions canvassed by learned counsel for respective parties.

The order dated 26th March, 2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 917 of 2014 is specific. It directs the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 01.10.2013 filed by the petitioner within two months. It was for the respondent No. 2 to take decision on the said representation. The said representation though makes a grievance about injustice caused to him, the same is already decided. The another request is made to take action against the Deputy Executive Engineer and Superintending Engineer as claimed in the said representation. The respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation dated 01.10.2013 filed by the petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within three (3) months. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
