Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the LR's prays for costs and further submits that the costs be donated for the treatment of poor patients.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. The delay of 1590 days is condoned subject to the applicant depositing costs of Rs.7,000/- (Rs.Seven thousand only) with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") on or before 25/09/2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and khs/AUGUST 2018/3052-d

the civil application shall stand rejected on 26/09/2018 without reference to the Court.

The LR's of the deceased shall be brought on record on or before 01/10/2018. Learned Advocate waives service for the LR's in the writ petition.
