It is submitted that the other legal representatives of Rukminbai were already brought on record. Only Vijaykumr was left out and also the legal representative of Chandrakant is required to be brought on record. 2.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the acquiring body. As the other legal representatives are already on record and the appeal would continue, we are inclined to allow the present application. 3.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Civil Application disposed of. No costs.
