ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard.

This Court had refused bail to the present applicant in the past. The application is now filed on the ground of parity. Copy of the order made by this Court in favour of some accused like Amol Mahire and Sachin Sonawane dated 17.8.2015 is produced. The submissions made show that the case of the present applicant is similar to those applicants/accused. 3.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail in C.R. No.I-255/2014 registered with Kannad Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under sections 302, 149 etc. of Indian Penal Code on

Cri. Appln. No. 4596/15 furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) by him with one solvent surety of like amount. He is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. He is not to enter the city except for facing trial and that is to be done only after informing the police. He is not to commit similar offence. He is to remain outside of Kannad and Aurangabad cities till the disposal of the matter.
