The learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that a copy of this application has been served on Shri A.D.Kasliwal, learned Advocate, who has no objection, if this Civil Application is allowed and the production of documents is permitted.

Shri Shaikh, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.3 to 5, submits that if this Court is inclined to allow this civil application, liberty be granted to file an affidavit in reply in the pending Civil Revision Application.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed in

*2* 992ca13218o18 terms of prayer clause "B", which reads as under :- "B) Permission may kindly be granted for production of additional document on record and same may be permitted to be added as Exhibit G to Exhibit J in Civil Revision Application No.188 of 2016."

The Applicant shall place on record the said documents with proper pagination from page number 55 onwards, within four weeks from today. The copy of the amended Civil Revision Application shall be served on the Respondents within the said period of four weeks. The Respondents are at liberty to enter their affidavits in reply within three weeks after receiving the copy of the amended Civil Revision Application.
