The petitioner who is running out of time, is awaiting decision at the hands of the Scrutiny Committee in a validation proceeding. He has secured an admission in CAP round-1 and he supposed to take that admission by furnishing documents latest by 16.08.2023 by 03:00 pm. 2.

Considering the fact that there are several validities in the family and in number of matters even this Court has granted conditional validity to the blood relations, hoping that the Committee is able to take some decision and latest by 14.08.2023, we dispose of the petition.
