When the present petition is taken for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submitted that there has remained no dispute as about the claim made by the petitioner as about the area of the property C.T.S. No.4662 situated at Latur. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in the affidavit in reply filed by them in this Court, have admitted the claim of the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be considered in the present petition. In view of the affidavit in reply filed by respondent nos.4 and 5 and in view of the reply filed on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3, it has now become clear that Chalta No.92 which is now numbered as C.T.S. No.
