The petitioner has challenged an order of the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, dated 9.10.2014, passed under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. The learned AGP points out that the petitioner is already before the revisional authority for assailing the notice of attachment received by the petitioner on 6.6.2018. 2.

Though the learned Advocate for the petitioner has strenuously canvassed that this Court would entertain this petition, I find that the petitioner has a statutory efficacious remedy under Section 154 read with sub-section 2A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. 3.
