Heard. This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0108/2019, registered at Shirur Anantpal Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that, the similarly placed co-accused have been granted bail on condition of deposit of sum of Rs.2,00,000/-

each. The present applicant is stated to be financially not sound. He runs a saloon at his home. According to learned counsel, he was serving as Office Boy. He, however, came around to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh). 3.
In view of the above, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant on condition of his depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh). Hence the order :
O R D E R
(i) On condition of the applicant depositing amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today, the applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0108/2019, registered at Shirur Anantpal Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount. It is made clear that, the deposit of amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) is condition precedent for release of the applicant on bail.

(ii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
(iii) The Bail Application stands disposed of.
