ORDER:- 1.

The remark in respect of "consent not obtained" from the earlier Advocate by the learned Counsel for the applicant appearing on the board, is dispensed with since the earlier Advocate is reported dead, as submitted at bar. 2.

By this application, the applicant is praying for setting aside order dated 24 August 2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of First Appeal (St) No. 18606 of 2021 alongwith Civil Application (St) No.18607 of 2019 has been refused for non removal of offce objections. The learned Counsel for the

(2) 917 CA-526.2022.odt applicant submits that if the impugned order is set aside, then he is ready to remove the offce objections within two weeks. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is hereby allowed and the order dated 24.08.2021 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is set aside and First Appeal (St) No. 18606 of 2021 alongwith Civil Application (St) No.18607 of 2019 shall be restored, subject to removal of offce objections, within two weeks.
