This Court (Coram : S.V.Gangapurwala and Shrikant D. Kulkarni, JJ.) had passed the order on 04.02.2021 directing the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.2 lacs within two weeks as per Rule 7(a) of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010.

Despite several adjournments granted, the amount is not deposited. The Civil Application is filed for modification of

None present for the petitioner.

Considering the passage of two years, we are granting one last opportunity to the petitioner to deposit the said amount in this Court on or before 28.02.2023, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 01.03.2023.
