Leave to correct the cause title with regard to the respondent No. 3.

It is stated that, the validation proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee at Jalgaon. The Committee at Jalgaon shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 03rd May, 2018. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

Adverse action may not be taken by the institution till the validation proceeding is decided. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
