Mr. Munde, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner had applied pursuant to the advertisement issued by the respondents for the post of Mechanical Engineer (Operation). The petitioner was selected, however, the appointment order is not issued to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner does not possess the necessary experience. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the required experience is that a person should have worked for not less than 10 years in a company having annual turnover of Rs.

one thousand crore and on the post of Senior Manager. According to the learned advocate, the petitioner has worked with BOSCH Limited, having annual turnover of more than Rs. one thousand crore for the period of eleven years and one month. The post of the petitioner was of high ranking managerial post. The experience certificate of the petitioner ought not to have been negated. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner had given application for reconsideration of the certificate of the petitioner, but the same is also not considered. 3.

The experience required would be governed by the terms of the advertisement. The advertisement provided that for the post of Mechanical Engineer (Operation), the candidate should possess minimum ten years of experience on the level of Senior Manager in a company having annual turnover of more than Rs. one thousand crores. The certificate produced by the petitioner suggests that the petitioner was working with BOSCH Limited Company from 31.10.2008 till 30.11.2019 on the post of Deputy Manager (Manufacturing).

The petitioner was not even full-fledged manager. His designation was Deputy Manager and the advertisement required to possess the qualification of Senior Manager. Undisputedly, as per the certificate produced, the petitioner was not even a Manager much less Senior Manager with the BOSCH Limited. 5.

In the light of above, we do not find any illegality committed.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
