Learned Advocate appearing for applicants submits that during pendency of application trial proceeded and applicants have been acquitted vide Judgment and order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chopda, Tq. Chopda, Dist. Jalgaon in Regular Criminal Case No.118/2024 on 02.09.2025. Copy of the same is placed on record. It will not be out of place to mention here that after disinclination is shown to grant any relief to applicant Nos.1 to 3, learned Advocate for applicants, upon instructions, sought withdrawal of application

18_Cri.Appln_3440_2024 as against them. Therefore, by the order of this Court dated 04.10.2024 application stood dismissed as withdrawn as against applicant Nos.1 to 3. In view of the said fact the application stands disposed of as infructuous.
