Present petition is against the order of issuance of non bailable warrant against the present petitioner for non payment of arrears of maintenance.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, makes statement that he shall deposit 70% of arrears within period of two weeks from today before learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class in Criminal M.A. No. 338 of 2014. In view thereof, warrant of arrest shall remain stayed for period of two weeks from today. 3.

The petitioner shall approach the Court, who has issued arrest warrant with the said amount within period of two weeks and the Court who has issued arrest warrant shall deal with the prayer for

1110.15crwp -2cancellation and granting of some more time to pay balance 30% amount, keeping in mind, the voluntary statement of the petitioner that, he is ready and willing to deposit 70% amount. The arrest warrant shall remain stayed for two weeks.
